Job Description:
The IT Strategy and Program Management team is a strategic service line within the overall IT Business Unit that unites the Project Management Office (PMO) together with the IT Planning function and IT Business Operations to deliver projects, programs, governance, reporting and operational support for IT effectively becoming the engine room for IT.

Essential Job Functions

End-to-end Program Management-

· Hands on program management of key business and technology initiatives relating to the Security domain, from Initiation through Transition

· Validate and/or create project and program budgets. Accountable for tracking and reporting costs within the agreed budgets.

· Set and manage user/customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle

· Develop and maintain Project Plans and track progress against them

· Deliver projects using EA's delivery methodology and comply with processes for managing projects

· Responsible for regular project status reporting to Steering Committee, project teams, CIO staff and PMO

· Implement special internal/departmental projects as needed

· Provide oversight to project managers and projects for methodology, process adherence

· Manage the knowledge transfer from project team to support teams and ensure solutions are stable and supportable

· Conduct project post-mortem reviews and project closure

ROI and Measurement–

· Ensure that the ROI from each business case is baked into the program and follow through on realizing ROI

· Provide appropriate security and project metrics and reporting to senior leadership

Strategy and Planning-

· Work with business partners within the Security domain to develop a roadmap of prioritized initiatives that will support the business’ strategic goals. Execute and report progress against the roadmap

· Be an advocate for the Security & Risk Management team with the rest of EA.

· Able to balance execution of Security programs while minimizing impact to the user community and enabling the business to work securely and effectively.

Relationship Management and Domain knowledge-

· Build great working relationships within the SRM, IT and Business community.

· Build understanding of domain area, specifically around Security tools and technologies to be able to manage programs more effectively

People Management-

· Build and lead a project management team for the Security portfolio.

· Understand the team strengths and leverage those skills to produce solid results

· Build expertise within the domain area to be able to manage projects and programs more effectively

· Develop new capabilities within the team by trying new, innovative ideas.

Job Qualifications / Required Skills

· BSC or other related I.T Degree equivalent qualification

· Must have 10+ years project management & implementation experience and collaborating with various business stakeholders globally.

· Experience managing large Information Security initiatives and a solid understanding of information security fundamentals a plus

· Experience developing people skills

· Experience with Big 4 consulting firms preferred

· Track record of planning and delivering cost effective results

· Excellent project leadership/management skills with the ability to multi-task delegate and prioritize tasks.

· Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills

· Proven project leadership skills with the ability to multi-task, delegate and prioritize tasks.

· Must be able to manage and influence on and off-shore development, integration, and quality assurance teams.

· Financial acumen to manage and adhere to plans, budgets and variances within the IT function.

· Proven ability to evaluate and manage risk

· Ability to get work done from others with a positive approach

· Ability to balance the pressures of a fast paced project environment with the need for a fun, productive group and environment

· Ability to balance multiple demands and work both independently and as part of a team

· Must be flexible and adaptable to changing business models and organization structures

· Professionalism in dealing with all levels of management and staff
