We are seeking a passionate, experienced product leader capable of guiding Vibes’ Product vision and team during our next chapter of growth. The top candidate will be a unique mix of innovator, strategist, technologist and businessperson, with a passion for delivering products that meet market needs and delight customers. This individual should possess strong leadership skills, expert collaboration capabilities, a strong knowledge of digital marketing trends, and a passion for the emerging mobile space. This position will report directly to our VP of Technology and is located downtown Chicago at 300 W. Adams Street.
Lead the product management team, product vision & roadmap to ultimately drive revenue and profit, delight clients and differentiate Vibes in the market
Synthesize input from a variety of sources into a clear and compelling product vision. Continually test and validate the vision against the real world, iteratively refining based on learnings
Communicate and evangelize the product vision both inside and outside the company through effective writing, visuals, presentations and product demos
Define strategy, best practices and success metrics for the product org and set annual and quarterly goals for the team and for individual team members
Attract, retain, mentor and develop an outstanding and motivated team of Product Managers, UX and UI professionals and contribute to the growth of employees outside the formal product team as well
Identify and prioritize product requirements tied to market and customer needs, available resources and ROI and communicate the rationale behind the “what, when and why” for the product roadmap
Monitor market and technology trends and identify opportunities for new product innovations, market segments and strategic partnerships
Be an active participant of both the Tech & Product leadership team as well as Vibes’ overall leadership team. Demonstrate command for company strategic and annual goals, and fuel other leadership team members’ understanding of current and future product offerings
Be a strategic partner with technology, marketing, sales and customer success departments and create an iterative feedback loop on customer insights, the competitive landscape and industry trends
Be seen as a company and mobile industry thought leader and inspire team members to push the Company and Industry forward

Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years SaaS-based product management experience in results-driven, high growth environments
Minimum 5 years direct management experience and at least 3 years experience leading a team
MBA, BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Product Management or Design, User Experience, Business or related field
Proven success developing innovative products that have been widely deployed and that achieved demonstrable commercial success
Hands on experience with Lean and Agile software development methodologies
Technical and business aptitude; depth to command respect of engineering and client facing team members
Demonstrated success building relationships internally and externally in market
History of recruiting, developing and inspiring great talent in product management and design roles
Team player who engages in respectful debate with peers and on product and company strategy
Outstanding communication, presentation and critical thinking skills
Exceptional listening skills and openness to differing points-of-view and new ideas
Professional, high-integrity, organized, driven and results-oriented
