Job Description:
We're searching for an uncommonly talented director of engineering to lead our iOS, Android, and web teams to the next level in quality, innovation, and organization. This position reports directly to the VP Engineering. You'll collaborate with an amazing product and design team, with full support from recruiting, operations and QA. You'll work from our beautiful office in San Francisco, across the street from AT&T Park.

You develop and maintain strong working relationships inside and outside of engineering
You think, plan, and manage strategically, balancing technology and business demands, without losing sight of the important tactical details
You provide clear technical vision and strong technical direction; you have credibility as an expert in one or more key client concentrations
You are flexible with technology decisions and firm with development principles
You grow your team and constantly work to make every individual better
You embrace change and lead through it
Desired Skills and Experience
What you bring to the table:

Proven leadership of teams from 10-20 with at least one significant consumer product launch to your credit, preferably with a mobile focus
Knowledge of what it takes to scale - operationally, organizationally, and in code
Strong technical insight in at least one key client concentration – iOS development, Android development, HTML5/JS
A deep technical network that you lean on for recruiting and support
Dedication, drive, and a commitment to success
