Our business at Dell SecureWorks is growing rapidly and the ability to manage and analyze our data to support our current and future business needs is critical to our continued success and scaling. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in implementing a Master Data Management strategy, Data Warehousing, and Business Analytics at the enterprise level across process lifecycles (e.g., Account to Report, Quote to Cash, etc.). The candidate will be able to provide examples of leading broad functionally and geographically dispersed team with minimal oversight.
Role Responsibilities
Manage a team of team of Data Architects, Business Intelligence, and Master Data Management Specialists
Lead the integration and validation of data in the global Business Intelligence landscape (including all ETL and data warehousing processes and technologies required)
Define Master Data Management strategy to define, govern, and cleanse key data across multiple systems and processes
Partner with the Enterprise Architecture team as the Information Architect for new systems and platforms as they are introduced
Gather, analyze, and identify opportunities for enhancements; work closely with business and technology partners to seek and provide effective resolution to business issues
Provide reporting and visualization solutions around advanced business analytics
Lead the translation of business needs to requirements through requirement gathering sessions and collaboration with stakeholders.
Collaborate with senior business leaders and global business process owners to identify areas to better leverage Business Intelligence
Identify and implement solutions to enhance the existing Business Intelligence infrastructure processes and technology
Closely interact with business groups and technical teams throughout the company such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales and Finance groups.
Create documentation and formulate training approach to assist business users and IT members in designing & effectively using the solutions developed
Actively manage programs, provide consistent program status and progress against objectives and KPIs.

Responsibilities
Strong overall knowledge of business process areas and related data needs, including Order to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay and Operational Support processes
Knowledge of the design, development and implementation of business intelligence solutions. Architecture level skills in business intelligence design and implementations for operational, managerial and executive reporting
Able to design multi-dimensional models and have an excellent understanding of various data integration processes and BI methodologies
Good understanding of various Data Analysis, Master Data Management methods, and Database structures
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential
Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage tactically and drive a strategy at the same time
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Technology, or a related area. 10+ years of experience working with business intelligence applications and Data Architecture
