Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional candidate for the role of a Director Human Resources reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources of LPS. This level role will be accountable for defining and executing a strategy for LPS. The Director Human Resources is responsible for providing strategic HR support to this team. This role will also assist with employee programs, as well as core corporate initiatives.
The Director Human Resources also partners with our Director Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners.
Key Responsibilities & Experiences:
• Strategic HR business partner to a group of business functions within LPS, facing off against the VPs leading these and the functions' leadership teams. Client group will likely be >600 employees with a significant senior population in North America and Latin America
• Partners with these functions to solve for strategic People and Organizational related barriers to performance, including getting to, and driving delivery against, an all-up organization development roadmap (which could for example include fundamental organization design, senior leadership development and behaviors, talent management, culture).
• Drive HR related programs for LPS
• A senior member of both the LPS HR team and also wider Expedia Inc. HR team and will be expected to:
Build deep and productive relationships with HR colleagues across LPS and in other divisions (may include sharing of learning, building of common approaches or assets; developing others).
Drive-delivery-of/build new HR programs for the entire LPS population.
Represent the voice-of-the-customer in HR strategic planning discussions and by doing so help ensure that development/investment priorities set align closely with most pressing business needs.

Education:
• Bachelors required. MBA preferred
• 7-10 years' experience in Human Resources or equivalent
