We are seeking a strong financial leader for the next phase of growth, post-acquisition, for immixGroup. The position will need to focus on strategic planning, financial modeling, accounting and FP&A.
Responsibilities
This individual will be responsible for all aspects of operational finance including:
Maintaining and expanding a strong control environment
Providing forward-looking financial analysis to anticipate and capitalize on changes in the marketplace
Collaborating with the senior management team to effectively define and measure the financial goals to ensure the achievement of short-term and long-term business unit and corporate objectives
Proactively managing and reviewing actual, budgeted, and forecasted financials monthly, quarterly, and annually to measure goal attainment
Supporting the business by developing decision-support tools to appropriately weigh opportunities by balancing risk-reward metrics
Leading change creatively from a business as well as financial perspective
Being a strategic advisor and “sounding board” for senior management, sales team members and other colleagues
Setting the controls and operational tone for a team of 30+ staff in a variety of locations
Understanding the nuances of the FED/SLED marketplace and relevant procurement regulations
Effectively working with hardware and software vendors
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Finance/Accounting/Economics
MBA strongly desired
CPA
Active government security clearance a plus
Must be willing to relocate to the Denver headquarters in one to two years (for promotional purposes)
