Director Enterprise Operations Gap San Francisco

Job Description:
Drive development of monthly financial forecasts, annual budgets and long range plans for GapTech - Enterprise Operations that accurately reflect anticipated business performance, highlight key issues for senior management, meet Corporate requirements, are aligned with brand strategy, and incorporate recommendations from all key business partners
Direct ongoing GapTech - Enterprise Operations expense management efforts; evaluate current business trends along with new business opportunities

Direct the monthly financial close process for GapTech - Enterprise Operations in close partnership with GID Controller, CCG and CSSC - deliver accurate financial results, including comprehensive analysis of key expense and balance sheet items
Prepare ad-hoc analyses and develop recommendations to assist in GapTech’s - Enterprise Operations decision support, operational improvement and long-term strategic planning
Develop value added cross divisional and cross functional partnerships to leverage knowledge and best practices while maintaining a global, independent perspective
Evaluate current processes and tools to drive efficiencies and value added enhancements
Manage team of twelve plus self

Proven ability to develop and maintain effective business partner relationships across functions and levels, finding common ground to get cooperation with minimum noise even when faced with conflict or adversity
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast paced environment
Proven ability to manage business process transition, from initial situational analysis through post implementation support
Proven ability to interpret and synthesize data into intelligent business decisions and to clearly communicate complex ideas
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to interact with various management levels
Strong financial acumen, robust analytical and modeling skills; thorough understanding of retail fundamentals and financial metrics
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Strong Oracle, Essbase and MS Office skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
CPA with Big Four or Leading Regional Firm experience
10+ years of business experience in Finance, Accounting or related field, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility
