Director Enterprise Field Marketing NVIDIA Santa Clara

Job Description:
NVIDIA is seeking a leader with a proven track record of developing and instituting practices and methods that achieve operational effectiveness across a global field marketing organization. This position will report to the VP, Enterprise Field Marketing. It is housed within WWFO - Worldwide Field Operations. The ideal candidate will have: broad familiarity with contemporary B2B marketing methods and tools; experience in Enterprise systems markets; international know-how and comfort in dealing with diverse cultures; a strong foundation dealing with B2B channels; proven mastery in the use of analytical and planning tools and methods.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be instrumental in establishing a culture of execution worldwide
- Undertake and lead initiatives that span diverse endeavors ranging from field marketing training and enablement to the application of deep learning practices within marketing
- Build and run a "management operating system framework" that establishes a cadence of planning, communications, deployment, and reporting and monitoring
- Define and create a framework that links and unifies planning, implementation and monitoring activities across WW field marketing
- Improve and create processes to drive consistency and effectiveness across recurring activities
- Create and manage NPI, information flow, NDA and a portion of WWFO's communications process
- Work jointly with WWFO Sales Operations and Enterprise Marketing to develop highly aligned and effective cross-organizational processes, reporting, and feedback/input mechanisms
- Search out, source and implement externally available tools and practices that create cost efficiencies, and improve operational effectiveness
- Work seamlessly and effectively across Sales, Enterprise Marketing and Consumer Marketing organizations

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 10 years of marketing management experience, ideally within a global B2B Enterprise systems company
- A track record demonstrating proficiency in operational methods - planning, implementation and monitoring
- Proven know-how in the use of contemporary tools and methods. E.g. spreadsheets (e.g. pivot tables), marketing automation (e.g. Marketo), process modeling, project management techniques
- BA or its equivalent in marketing, MBA in marketing preferred
- High level of energy and situational adaptability
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, stratagems and tactics, and the ability to formulate and monitor same
- Proven ability to interact effectively across groups, and to work effectively with executives
- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
- Expertise in situational management

DESIRED SKILLS:
- Fluency in two or more languages
- Experience in Enterprise selling
- Experience in product management and demand creation
