This is an exciting and innovative role for the Digital Marketer with strong Customer Service Acumen and strong User Expierence skills to be apart of our Customer Service tea,. You will be tasked with providing leadership and management of support and social operations in Customer Support at Samsung.com, Samsung+, and other customer facing destinations.
You will be a member of the Customer Care team working on Digital and Online operations to make our digital properties more efficent, desirable and integrated.
You will be leading the continual improvement of delivered services across all channels. You will provide content management services across the organization, search engine optimization (SEO) for support knowledge management solution and drives design and experience on .COM, Samsung+ and related domains. You will implement solutions which drive customer satisfaction and store efficiencies leveraging technology. Developing, in conjunction with Marketing, Operations and key suppliers, new solutions to support Samsung’s 20/20 vision .

• Drive profitable consumer relationships – through CRM and social marketing.
• Define and implement a digital and social media marketing strategy leveraging and augmenting existing digital and social media initiatives.
• Drive the continued evolution of US Samsung.com to be the leading consumer electronics website.
• Build strong trust and productive working relationships across the organization and lead cross-divisional teams to ensure the successful delivery of digital programs.
• Define the role, position and share of digital and social media in the overall marketing strategy and investment for Samsung.
• Drive the rigorous use of insights and data analytics to influence the customer experience.
• Leading the following initiatives: SEO, AEM,CMS, Redesign of .com/support, CyberService 2.0 Samsung+3.0
• Develop new content strategy including onboarding and switching.
• Owns relationship with digital marketing teams.
