As part of these changes we need to evolve our traditional IT organization into a flexible IT platform. We seek an IT leader who embraces a decentralized model. As a successful leader you’ll build a service driven organization that lives up to our values. You’ll strive for unification where it makes sense but will empower teams to bring their own SaaS and PaaS tools to the table while maintaining corporate governance and security.
We are a technology company and we like our leaders to be hands-on and technical. You can handle Linux as well as Windows – maybe even mess with configuring a switch. You know VLANs, understand Hybrid Cloud and at the same time can focus on streamlining onboarding with HR. This is a critical role in our organization. You’ll be part of a strong technology group that is embracing the cloud and is open to new approaches while at the same time providing service and support across multiple departments on a global scale.
Job Functions
Build a strong support and service organization.
Support over 1000 employees in multiple locations around the world.
Support all employees for their day to day IT equipment and needs.
Partner with all parts of the organization for their application and support needs.
Bring unification and best in class applications where it makes sense.
Provide strong corporate security and governance while giving teams freedom to bring their tools to the table.
Play key role in SOC 1 (Service Organization Controls) and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance.
Seek and bring best in class solutions into the organization.
Qualifications:
Working experience transitioning corporate functions to one or more leading SaaS solutions.
5+ years experience managing and working within IT
Hands on experience with Cloud solution such as AWS or Azure.
Working experience with SOX compliance, and ideally SOC.
