Operations Strategy is hiring a VP or high performing non-officer in New York to take a key role for the team. The ideal candidate is degree educated or equivalent with 4-7 years of experience in similar high-performance environment, including 2-3 years in management consulting.

The role will include the following responsibilities:
- Own the narrative and key messaging of the Innovation and Advanced Automation Program for all stakeholders up, down and across the organization
- Deliver strategic projects to support the program; collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization
- Operationalize the activities of the team and integrate with other parts of the organization
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication (e.g., the ability to craft a clear and succinct message to all levels of an organization)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw conclusions from large amounts of information
- Excellent PowerPoint skills and high proficiency in Excel. Keen attention to detail and desire to take ownership of content in deliverables to senior management
- Ability to think broad and deep, i.e., to see the big picture as well as have a strong grasp on data and details
- Strong project management, balancing multiple high priority projects simultaneously
- Good stakeholder management
- Ability to streamline and operationalize processes
- Proven ability to perform in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations
Preferred
- MBA or graduate degree
- Experience in financial services operations and technology
- Understanding of project management methodology and SDLC
