Leads business sales (B2B) in a regional market. Includes leveraging Region programs and drives sales campaigns to grow sales and retain customers through a direct field-sales approach and teams. Demonstrates management quality through achieving expected sales results and revenue budget, recruiting talented sales executives, maintaining targeted headcount, coaching and developing managers and sales reps, ensuring development and execution of individual development plans, delivering mid and year-end performance reviews, and ensuring team operates within ethical standards.

Relocation may be considered for qualified candidates. Must have valid driver's license, three consecutive years of active driving history, successfully complete driver's safety training, and otherwise comply with Sprint's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and ten years related work experience or fourteen years related work experience post high school
Ten years experience sales management in small, medium and large business customers, preferred within telecommunications, electronics, or high technology
Five years of progressive management experience
