Job Description:
The Sr. Director, Worldwide Sales is responsible for the development and sharing of successful daily methods of operation, the overall vision and the direction of our daily consumption, city by city and locations strategy expansion. This position will collaborate closely with regions to create regional Daily Method of Operation (DMO) strategies and tactics which drive increased sales success for our Members.
This role will support the company in reaching its financial goals through better understanding of the Daily Method of Operation that focus on the key success factors of product results, socialization and development of community and recognition, leading to specific initiatives designed to grow and enhance the sustainability of the business. This position works hand in hand with the SVP, Worldwide Sales in sharing and connecting regions. The position requires close collaboration and communication, specifically with regional sales and business development, Worldwide Marketing, Brand Marketing, Member Services, Member Technology, and Consumer Insights.
The Senior Director will be expected to provide leadership to the worldwide regional sales team and develop and drive the 5 year strategic sales plan and will travel extensively internationally to work with the regional teams to gain understanding of new initiatives and identify new DMOs for duplication.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Set the overall direction for Daily Method of Operation strategy development based on 5 year plan.
Define business growth opportunities with key initiatives of daily consumption, city by city and locations (Nutrition Clubs, Healthy Active Lifestyle activities and regional offices.
This position will have specific ownership of all DMO training materials
This position will have specific ownership of all content development for worldwide flagship events.
Work directly with regional teams, Founders Circle members & Chairman’s Club members to share initiatives and best practices from region to region.
Building relationships, trust and confidence with regional teams
Develop training tours and sharing systems to expand successful DMOs and best practices.
Work with regional sales and marketing leads to provide support and lead liaison team of WW Sales
Travel with regional sales team to gain better understanding of each region’s needs and help with development of successful DMO initiatives.
Experience training and in-field initiatives in each region in order to share key learning with region teams and member leadership.

Experience
15 years of demonstrated experience in Sales, Marketing and/or Operations Management industries.
10 years demonstrated experience in leadership role with a track record of leading organization and managing direct reports.
5 year’s experience working within Herbalife working in a regional sales, country or marketing position.
Solid understanding of global markets and issues and a solid grasp of the sales process.
Prior experience developing promotions and initiatives that drive sales results
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish
Masters degree
