Senior Director Talent Acquisition The Coca-Cola Company Charlotte

Job Description:
The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition reports to the VP of HR and is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to the talent acquisition team by providing high levels of service in the recruitment, selection and hiring of great talent. The Senior Director will utilize best practices to manage full life-cycle recruitment for positions ranging from senior-level exempt staff to high volume hourly positions and will represent Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated (CCBCC) with professionalism and credibility to candidates, vendors and the communities we serve.

Duties/Responsibilities
Works with other members of HR Leadership Team, develops enterprise-wide HR initiatives that enhance the organization's ability to attract, assess, on-board and retain the best talent.
Leads, coaches and manages the TA team, ensuring clear goals and accountabilities are established and achieved. Ensures individuals' performance and development needs are met and employees are high performing and engaged. Produces systematic performance indicator reporting to inform management as to progress, roadblocks, and other relevant performance details.
Manages full lifecycle recruitment for multiple positions simultaneously for professional, management-level positions as well as non-exempt positions.
Manages relationships with hiring managers, determining and implementing recruitment strategies, facilitates the recruitment process, assists team with extending and negotiating offers according to organizational guidelines; maintains open requisitions and all pertinent applicant and interview data to comply with OFCCP/AA guidelines on a timely basis.
Manages a process that includes creative and cost-effective candidate sourcing; behavioral-based interviewing; engaging candidates and communicating in a timely fashion; closing offers; maintaining recruitment status reports and metrics.
Coaches managers and staff in the areas of recruitment and promotion, in compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations, and in accordance with CCBCC policies and procedures.
Manages yearly recruitment-related contracts and budgets; benchmarks best practices to suggesting enhancements or changes that leverage exposure and engagement while controlling costs. Introduces new opportunities to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Supports various HR-related projects on an ad hoc basis, as required. Projects might include researching, developing and implementing social media recruitment strategies, new technologies to support recruitment or various selection assessment tools. Projects may also be jointly assigned to HR Leadership Team to address the needs of our growing organization.
Oversees implementation and adoption of new ATS Solution.

Requirements
BA or BS degree plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant and progressively increased responsible experience, to include at least 5 years of recruitment management experience.
Familiarity with Taleo, Success Factors or similar ATS Solutions; posting through job aggregators; and social media recruiting is required. Familiarity with Linked-In Recruiter is a plus.
Project Management skills.
Experience in selecting and using automated pre-employment assessment tools.
Strong customer service orientation.
Results-oriented, analytical approach to recruitment.
Ability to work independently in an effective and efficient manner. Strong team-oriented and collaborative nature.
Ability and willingness to create and follow an efficient and effective recruitment process and organizational guidelines with proactive problem solving skills.
Specific experience in workforce planning and knowledge of the latest practices in sourcing and staff selection.
Demonstrated recruiting experience and ability to creatively source high caliber candidates for challenging profiles quickly.
Previous multi-site HR experience strongly preferred.
Superior verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write compelling recruitment advertisements.
