The role of Director Data Sourcing & Integration will provide overall leadership, management and strategy for technical solutions that will enable the Global Corporate Operations Technologies data management capabilities and framework. Key capabilities supported include accounts receivable financial reporting, rewards & rebates financial reporting, rewards redemption modeling and reserve provisioning. Additionally this role will play a key role supporting Basel data sourcing and regulatory reporting data integration, as well as supporting Treasury and Oracle reporting and analytics. This role will be responsible for leading and driving key component framework and adaption across GCOT.
Key Responsibilities Include
Provide team leadership supporting Agile based implementations
Provide the technical oversight and direction of distributed solutions
Responsible for acquisition of data for the GCOT organization from upstream operational systems
Work with business and delivery teams to identify, prioritize and implement core components for advancing the Regulatory and compliance platform
Oversee technology development for multiple development, test and production environments
Develop and maintain integrated technology strategies and roadmaps based on Global Corporate Operations business and technical partner needs and vision
Provides input to and drives alignment with relevant reference architectures and technology standards
Drive standardization to reduce costs and improve efficiencies
Collaborates across multiple technology and business groups to drive innovation and solutions
Champion usage of new technology and drives innovation

Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of distributed systems management/implementation experience
Proven Agile experience
Proven people leadership experience
Experienced technology engineer in distributed software/distributed 3rd party solutions
Engineering subject matter expert in core data integration and analytics technology such as Informatica, MicroStrategy, Unix/Linux, Netezza, Oracle DB, UDB, Citrix, Open source
Experience providing engineering vision and developing complex integrated technical strategies and technical architectures for complex financially balanced data warehouse solutions
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to work in a 24 x7 environment and lead team members in multiple geographic locations and time zones
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience
