Job Description:
• Provides the account leadership, which is comprised of Client Management, Delivery Management, & Growth).
• Directs the planning, assessment and development of new business opportunities in partnership with BDO
• Develops and nurtures senior management or executive-level relationships with the customer
• Significant contributor to the development of long-term strategic account plan; leads substantial portions of the strategic account plan
• Accountable for the performance of the contract and customer satisfaction
Work Experience
• Leads a team of delivery PMs who are responsible for day-to-day execution
• Pro-actively contributes to the customer’s business improvement, planning and budgeting process
• Develops strategies and processes with the customer in areas such as performance metrics and measure, escalation change management and communication.
• Maintains effective communication with and between all functional areas of the account team, as well as with REI at large including its executive leaders
• Plans and directs the delivery of contracted business activities throughout the contract’s lifecycle (from business development through contract closure)
• Other similar professional duties maybe assigned as needed
Education and Training
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, physics, communications, engineering, math or related field is required
An advanced degree in communications, computer science, or related discipline may be substituted for two years of experience Employer will accept a suitable combination of education, training or experience
