The Director Chief of Staff and Business operation will be responsible for driving business metrics for growth pillar managing all the programs and initiatives for Growth Pillar as well as managing respective stakeholders to make sure the critical milestones are achieved timely. He/she will be required to understand the overall vision and the strategy to prioritize the deliverables and manage the contingencies. Chief of staff will be responsible for the following;
Driving business KPI across growth pillar programs
Driving operational efficiency
Financial and resource planning
Program delivery and timeline
Driving stake holder alignment across different business
Platform on-boarding across business and international
Execution framework and tracking
Third Party contracts and data deal negotiations
Partner relationship to drive business metrics
Partnering with business and technology organization to drive horizontal programs.
Position Description
Communicates product vision, strategic plans, and roadmaps to senior level executives

Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
Drives analyses of key competitor, technology, and customer trends
Leads strategic and analytic projects for the Product Management team
Leads the product and strategic planning process to define and communicate Global eCommerce (GeC) product vision and roadmaps
Provides overall direction for Product Planning & Strategy
Works with senior leadership to develop and prioritize a new product pipeline
