As a Director of Product Management, you will drive continued growth by contributing to all aspects of the Call of Duty franchise strategy and business planning.
What you’ll do
· Independently lead CoDOL entry into new markets, deliver final recommendation and implementation plan, influence and gain agreement with all relevant parties and drive plan execution
· Establish a functioning CoDOL Analytical pipeline (role/ responsibility and process), agreed upon among all parties involved (GAT, Demonware, Raven), lead analytical agenda for the game
· Manage a team of four to six people who execute on global expansion and day to day operations
· Develop tight working relationship with Raven (Madison/ Shanghai), Game Analytics and Demonware
· Perform quantitative analyses including: P&L scenario analysis, sell through analysis, price promotion efficiency analysis, opportunity and competitive analysis. The Product Manager is expected to identify business opportunities and develop supporting materials independently.
· Work cross-functionally to ensure Development, Marketing and Sales execution in alignment with strategic and financial goals.
· Identify and develop incremental product or SKU opportunities for the assigned products/brands.
· Development of product and consumer research that will contribute to long-term product planning and post-release product performance analysis.
What you’ll bring
· Strong educational background.
· 7 + years experience in product marketing or strategy consulting
· Professional experience with online/mobile gaming
· Demonstrated experience in project management, analysis and the ability to work across multiple teams
· Excellent analytical, verbal, and written skills
· Results oriented, self-motivated
· Extremely organized and detail oriented
· Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
· Chinese language skills a plus
