Time Warner Cable Business Services is currently seeking an accomplished Product Infrastructure and Operations Director with experience in the voice, video, data, managed service and carrier data space.

Essential Job Functions
The Commercial Product Infrastructure and Operations team is responsible for the infrastructure, engineering, systems and operational product development activities for all Time Warner Cable commercial products. Reporting to the VP of Product Infrastructure & Operations, the role will direct the voice, data, video, managed services and carrier product operations and infrastructure teams.
Responsibilities
• Direct and align efforts with the technology group to provide product support and representation in all system and infrastructure enhancement projects.
• Identify system and operational solutions with Commercial Operations and other internal and external development partners to determine the most efficient solution to fulfill product and business requirements, and ensure that the developed platform will support the growing commercial business.
• Lead the design of operational test methods and use cases to validate the delivered system and operational solutions meet the requirements submitted as part of the product development process.
• Provide long term direction for the product operations and Infrastructure function. Serve as the systems and operational lead for all products and services. This includes support of the development effort for new products as well as product maintenance activities
• Coach the Product Infrastructure team to ensure they develop detailed OSS/BSS system, operational and functional requirements for new products and services and provide technical expertise during the product development cycle.
• Analyze current system and process workflows and identify improvement areas to support existing and new products. Work cross-functionally to implement these improvements through development and documentation of clear system and process functional requirements.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will possess 13-15 years of experience in voice, video and/or data within a product development, operations or technology group in a telecom or cable organization. Specific requirements include:
• Experience with voice, video, data or carrier services.
• Experience writing technical and systems requirements.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with cross functional teams to develop products and services. Ability to build interdepartmental relationships.
• Knowledge of product development and product maintenance life cycle process.
• 10+ years of business experience in a high technology/telecommunication services environment with at least 3-4 years in a leadership position.
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast paced and changing environment with minimal direction and supervision. Strong personal work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
Engineering or MBA degree a plus.
Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent training, education and experience.
Additional Educational Information
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT/Computer Sciences or Business. Masters degree in Business or Technology a plus. 5 years of related experience with a minimum of 3 years product development experience with a voice, video or data service provider, LEC, cable operator (MSO), or Internet Service Provider (ISP).
