Job Description:
This position is responsible for managing a budget of $20mm inclusive of baseline and projects.
FUNCTION SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES: Analyze business requirements (e.g., functional and technical requirements, information need, business processes) by conducting information-gathering sessions with clients, analyzing the information and prioritizing the requirements to gain understanding of the business needs.
Ensure direct reports or project team members have clarity about their roles and responsibilities.

Determine financial targets (i.e., expense, capital and headcount) in order to establish plan parameters.

Develop a vision for one's area of accountability (i.e., business unit, department) and create support and inspiration around that vision.

Establish project measures to ensure that the project is on-time, on-budget and meets the customers’ specifications.

Validate business plans against strategic imperatives in order to ensure alignment.

Establish objectives for each member of a project team in order to clarify expectations and the relationship of his or her work to that of others on the team.

Monitor vendor performance against service level agreements and other applicable standards of execution, in support of good financial and other business practices.

Determine priorities for one's area of accountability to create clarity about focus and enable work to be completed efficiently.

Orchestrate the deployment of resources (e.g., people, infrastructure, financial, informational) from Coca-Cola (e.g., client, internal service providers) and third parties in order to ensure successful project completion.

Create a communications plan (e.g., memos, letters, plan review meetings, status lists) to ensure frequent, accurate and timely communication to all stakeholders and to solidify commitment to the project plan.

Monitor plan and execution progress to resolve any plan variances and provide accurate communication to stakeholders.

Create or maintain partnerships with individual IT vendors by establishing goals, objectives or service levels in order to focus the relationships and provide maximum benefit/return to The Company in accordance with Company standards and procedures.

Coordinate execution and implementation of approved projects within area of responsibility in order to execute the plan.

Coordinate the analysis of proposed projects (high-level project descriptions) with technology service providers (e.g., application development or infrastructure service providers) in order to determine resource requirements (people, hardware, software) and to provide consistent communication during the planning process.

Provide expertise in relationship management to other organizations to maximize relationships with vendors.

Lead resolution and re-planning activities with stakeholders to realign strategies and close identified gaps.

Collaborate with clients to jointly identify the business systems requirements to support their business plans.

Conduct meetings with senior management in order to gather information about The Company's strategic direction (e.g., business plans, objectives, strategies, visions) for use in the development of supporting IT plans.

Identify required modifications to the project plan based on changed priorities, policy changes and or resource constraints in order to ensure plans continue to align to current business objectives.

Technical Skills

Basic Operating Systems: Knowledge of basic operating systems and all related aspects (e.g., system tools, management principles, platforms, software, hardware, related products and controls) required to design, implement and maintain infrastructure solutions.

Business Partner Knowledge: Knowledge of business partners (such as customer, bottler, service agent, supplier) in their context: industry trends and competitive pressures, strategies and plans, organizational structure, decision-making process, contacts, technology infrastructure and systems.

Basic Data Center Support, Operation and Design: Knowledge of basic system tools and standard operating system support processes.
