Job Description:
The Director of Strategic Partnerships will lead Atlanta-based teams responsible for building and managing marketing programs to serve both partners and customers. Our ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, (with 3+ years management) working in the SaaS industry and can lead teams with the following objectives:
Identify, research, and explore new market opportunities for the MailChimp platform
Build relationships with existing and potential partner companies
Negotiate agreements involving multiple stakeholders; solve technical and business problems
Share market feedback with product, engineering, and customer support teams
Direct customer relations programs; gather feedback and communicate about new products and features
Manage customer training assets and programs, including demos
Represent MailChimp at relevant conferences and trade shows
Use analytical skills and tools to measure effectiveness of business development programs
