Job Description:
Utilize extensive customer manufacturing process knowledge to effectively develop and communicate ChemTreat Value Proposition
Work closely with Field Sales and Corporate Account Managers to identify, prioritize, implement, and measure value creating projects.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Communicate the ChemTreat Value Proposition in technical terms
Grow profitable sales through customer retention, penetration, and acquisition strategies.
Troubleshoot technical and industry-specific issues
Effectively audit key unit operations
Participate in the development and execution of customer facing communications, to include presentations to Customers and Industry Groups.
Interview and screen new candidates at various levels. Deliver industry-specific training to ChemTreat people and customers.
Sell, start up, and transition new business to the front-line ChemTreat Sales and Service Team
Design and support industry trade shows and customer seminars.
Knowledge And Skills
Extensive industry experience and knowledge specific to water treatment
Must be a strategic thinker, with the ability to identify critical issues and craft practical solutions that enable the creations of sustainable competitive advantage.
Thorough understanding of customer manufacturing processes and how this results in profit generation
Excellent communication and presentation capability; Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) or equivalent skills.
Educational And Experience Requirements
Bachelor of Science in a technical degree, preferably Engineering.
10+ years of specific industry experience
Physical Demands
Work in manufacturing facilities, climb stairs, carry testing equipment.
May require long hours & varied work schedules.
