Northrop Grumman Information Systems seeks a Director, Program Manager to manage the ARL-E Program from kick off through execution through growth located in Aberdeen, MD or McClellan/Sacramento, CA
• Support a successful program kick off and future growth.
• Be responsible for managing aircraft integration, COMINT development and validation program.
• Responsible for successfully leading the cost, schedule, quality and technical performance of the program.
• Establish milestones and manage performance to master plans and schedules.

• Will lead the early identification of issues and the recovery for the program and will communicate these issues and resolutions to OU Director/ PRA.
• Direct the work of employees assigned to the program, and subcontractors
• Manage the company’s relationship with the customer program management and key customer influencers with regards to the program
• Lead program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Serve as a key interface to Northrop Grumman executive leadership, including facilitating reach back to other parts of Northrop Grumman possessing skills, technologies, or expertise beneficial to the program.
• Lead management of the contract scope and terms and drive successful outcomes for negotiations with customer.
• Coordinate the preparation of business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.
• Identify/develop new business in the ARL-E and Army portfolio with the customer to support A&TS business plan.
Develop plan to grow ARL-E into a franchise program that achieves or exceeds corporate targets for growth and returns.
