98.7 AMP Radio is looking for a qualified Program Director with a passion to win. Candidates should have at least three years experience in programming, be highly skilled with music scheduling, and have extensive knowledge of the Top 40/CHR format. Experience and talent with writing and producing imaging specific to the format and demo is a plus. Knowledge of traditional and online research a huge plus. Candidate must also have on air experience and be able to relate, work with and motivate staff.
