Job Description:
Oversee the execution of the asset and inventory business plan to facilitate the receipt and delivery of product from suppliers to customers, enabling the company to meet and exceed established service levels. Identify new supplier engagements and expansions for the OCS line card. Creates the direction for the Asset Management teams, supporting the overall company strategy. Develop linecard strategy to ensure market share gain and maximize profitability for the organization. Oversee the execution of the asset and inventory business plans. Implement QBR process for key suppliers. This role will partner with it’s global Arrow counterparts.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
Oversee the development and execution of the Product & Asset Management strategies. Oversee the analysis, development, and execution of inventory plan. , product life cycles, new technologies, performance standards and improvements based upon established goals and periodic status reports. Monitor SMI and sludge inventory process and implement recommendations to drive improvement. Ensure that the proper investments are made to drive our key business segments, customer growth and customer base expansion.
Oversee the establishment and maintaining current purchasing and inventory processes to provide seamless service.
Oversee the development and execution of an asset and inventory business plan.
Responsible for analyzing risks and opportunities from emerging products and channel trends and seize segment opportunities per plan.
Partner with Sales leaders on the customer strategies, aligning the asset strategies with the customer strategy to deliver improved results for all involved to include key strategic customers.
Maintain a professional working relationship with the supplier and internal service providers in order to gain market shares.
Establish budgets, expenses guidelines, and scope and be accountable for project delivery and support. Monitor budget, expenses and scope and facilitate project delivery and support.
Manage, coach, and mentor senior team members. Provide specific, timely and constructive performance feedback. Define department/corporate initiatives. Define continuous improvements activities for department. Manage, coach, and mentor team members.

Determines team goals and processes, with minimal oversight from the VP of OCS. Develops, drives, and executes Asset strategy. Independently manages daily activities of teams.
Education
4 year college degree
Experience Requirements
10+ years of asset and inventory management experience,
5+ years management experience.
