ShareThis is seeking Director with expertise in digital publishing & social media to join our Sales team. This person will be responsible for building strategic relationships, managing and growing agency accounts, and contributing to bottom-line revenue. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about social, excited about the digital space, and can juggle multiple projects at once. This person should have excellent communication skills, to both manage day-to-day business relationships and participate in office banter. A ShareThis Account Executive should also be a creative problem solver, analytical, and entrepreneurial minded.
Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day business relationships with current clients
Proactively identify growth opportunities on key accounts
Identify and sell digital campaigns across a variety of categories
Meet and exceed a quarterly revenue quota
Work with your Account Manager on all new and existing business
Utilize internal social insights tools to support recommendations
Qualifications
+3 years experience at a media agency or ad company
Excellent organizational & interpersonal communication (written & verbal) skills
High attention to detail and excellent follow through
Strong passion for social media and consumer internet technology
Practical experience using MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Completed a BA/BS with a strong academic record
