Director Account Wireless Backhaul Comcast Chicago

Job Description:
Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales and organizational goals for the Cell Backhaul business on a consistent basis, as well as cultivating and maintaining relationships with the largest wireless carriers in the market. This job is an individual contributor role that does not have direct responsibility for
supervision or performance management of staff.

Core Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed Cell Backhaul sales and organizational goals on a consistent basis.
Realize sales objectives by using consultative business-to-business tactics.
Accurately report and forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales results and other activity and performance measures.
Must be self motivated, with a strong work ethic and integrity, and maintain a professional appearance.
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in accountability based culture.
Participate in seminars, sale incentive plans, and other strategies to achieve objectives.
Establish and cultivate effective business relationships, both cross- functionally and within division, region, and Corporate Business Services teams.
Manage expenses according to budgeted guidelines.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or Equivalent
Generally requires 5+ years related experience in Cell Backhaul sales
Must have proven success in Cell Backhaul sales
Must be proficient in all aspects of Cell Tower Backhaul and continue to expand upon knowledge by keeping current on all changes to the industry
