Canon Solutions America's Sales Directors are responsible for managing a branch that includes sales and service teams that sell and service specific business system products and services including: black & white and color printers and copiers, facsimile equipment, document management solutions and related software. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for the overall profit and loss of the business unit. In addition, this role entails managing the entire local organization within the assigned territory. This includes the management of the Sales, Service, Administrative, and After Market divisions. The Sales Director will also be responsible for the development of a cross-functional strategic plan as well as implementation of an operating plan.
Your qualifications must include a bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years sales management experience in the office automation industry, experience managing major accounts, strong communication skills including the desire to develop and lead a branch, an interest in learning new technology in an evolving industry, ability to work under pressure, high standard of ethics, and excellent time management skills.
