Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, performance-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic, fast-paced team in San Francisco. In this role, you will own customer acquisition for Tatcha.com including SEM, SEO, email acquisition, social and affiliate marketing programs, landing page optimization, as well as our newly launched attribution marketing platform.
Each day at Tatcha is different with new problems to solve and tasks to tackle, but here is an idea of some of the things you will work on:
Building and optimizing our digital marketing programs across SEM, Affiliate, SEO, display, mobile, paid social, and email with an eye to new customer acquisition and building our email marketing list
Experimenting with and testing new methods of online customer acquisition
Managing and tracking media budgets and sales projections while maximizing for ROI
Leading vision and execution for online and mobile experiences while partnering with internal stakeholders to build digital assets and landing pages optimized for conversion
Working cross-functionally with our eCommerce Web Product, Creative, Brand Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care teams to ensure that our brand ethos is projected throughout our digital assets
Present and communicate results of digital marketing campaigns throughout the team

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years building high ROI digital marketing programs
Experience leading SEM, SEO, affiliate marketing, paid social media advertising, display and mobile advertising
Extra Credit
eCommerce or Luxury experience
