Job Description
We seek to hire motivated and experienced team members for the Deloitte Center of Immersive Learning group that focuses on delivering eLearning, videos, serious games, sandbox environments and simulators. As a graphic designer on our team, you’ll have the unique ability to provide instructional and graphic design services to support the agency’s learning & multimedia needs.

Practitioner will play an integral role within our fast-paced interdisciplinary team to leverage their creativity and technical knowledge to deliver immersive learning and serious gaming solutions for clients. Practitioner will be expected to produce exceptional quality, creative design solutions as well as keeps abreast of the ever changing landscape of serious games, delivering fresh thinking to the organization and their clients. Applicant must have excellent client facing skills as they will be interacting with clients regularly where they will be expected to understand the client’s goals and determine the best gaming approach to meet their needs.

Responsibilities
Responsible for setting overall creative vision and driving visual and experience design across multiple client projects
Collaborate with project managers to prioritize work requests based on client needs, job requirements and timelines
Directs full project lifecycle from initial conceptualization and pitch materials through every aspect of project development
Partners with account teams to present concepts to clients for approval
Partners with account team leaders to set appropriate budgets and ensure delivery of concepts
Oversees development and growth of creative team

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an educational or technical related field
15+ years experience (10+ years of professional technical experience and 5+ years of managing a creative team)
Exceptional creative talent and demonstrated expertise
Strong design, verbal, organizational and time management skills
Extensive experience in both producing and directing design, copy and artwork
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance

Desired Skills

Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Unity3D
Instructional design experience
Some consulting experience
Experience working with federal government agencies a plus
