Member of the Manage Services senior management team, the role is responsible for managing and leading all aspects of the business operations within the $200M+ organization. It will encompass managing the process for strategic business performance, the management of an end to end business processes and responsibility for delivering a signature VIP process throughout in order to ensure the long term business objectives are met.
Specific Responsibilities Include
• Providing processes and information to manage the business performance through a comprehensive review processes including strategic planning and business reviews
• Providing support and information around Sales Operation and performance
• Optimization and management of the Sales systems
• Optimization and management of the Service delivery system specific to Managed Services
• Cross BU and shared service collaboration
• Managing the line of business processes and performance
• Through a process of continuous improvement develop the managed services process to ensure zero failures to the customer
• Process review and improvement throughout the delivery of Managed Services
• Quality process and monitoring
• Customer end to end experience for all services provided by Managed Service offer
• Develop and foster a VIP customer experience culture throughout the Managed Service team
• Create a high performance business model centered on a continuous improvement methodology
• Foster and build a high performance team culture
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education
· Four-year degree or equivalent related work experience
· Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) preferred, but not required
Experience
· Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience
· Prior experience in Project Management, Quality and Process Management Business / Sales Operations and strategic planning
· Prior Management experience required
· Ability to and experience with driving a “start up” culture inside a large organization is highly desired
