Job Description
We are looking for a Director, B2B eCommerce.
The purpose of this position is to lead the development and deployment of the Global B-Com tool strategy and operating model. The Director, B2B eCommerce has dual reporting to the VP, LSA Field Accounts and the VP, LSE Wholesale, and will be accountable for leading a matrixed team in the implementation of the global B-Com initiative, thus driving online sales for long tail accounts.
Key Responsibilities
• Align functions and leadership to leverage resources, assets and relationships that deliver seamless implementation of the B-Com strategy across the Globe.
• Align with E-Commerce partners to optimize new tools and functionality and consistent messaging and support
• Direct the cross-functional teams to ensure that the site always maintains the highest standards of content and customer satisfaction.
• Continuous review of site analytics and processes to establish enhancements that ensure we maintain a market leadership position with the B-Com tool.
• Align cross functionally and execute seasonal messaging and imagery/pos material, etc
• Execute the promo calendar in line with the overall WSL initiatives per market
• Revise & develop policies that safeguard the integrity of the site and our business.
• Formulate the annual financial and operating plan for the B-Com tool.
• Drive the Global GTM process to ensure that the specific needs of B-Com tool are met.
• Increase awareness and understanding of the benefits for the B-Com tool across the organization.
• Coach and develop the B-Com organization to ensure that skills stay up to date and that the team is equipped to win
Desired Experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in B-Com environment
• Demonstrated web content and site management experience
• Experience of direct to consumer and/or wholesale.com channel
• Exceptional project management skills with an ability to manage aggressive timelines
• Detail orientated, with a proven ability to work on complex assignments in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, and the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
