Job Description
Beats by Dr. Dre is seeking a Advertising Production Director to create huge visibility and cultural credibility for Beats products through creating, evaluating and executing tv, radio and integrated media projects
Broadcast responsibilities include creating, evaluating and executing tv, radio and integrated media projects in collaboration with creative and account departments.
You will supervise film shoots, editorial and music sessions.
Organizing production schedules, generating budgets and collaborating with creatives to maximize production values.
Extensive contact in developing as well as presenting concepts and finished work.

Experience overseeing the projects of other producers and setting department guidelines.
Management duties include staffing, training and review of production department personnel, as well as organizing producer's schedules and department workload.
Must be heavily focused towards hands-on project management and production. Expectations will be centered around problem solving and solutions for the day-to-day running of complex projects.
Will lead the creative team as they develop the visual identity across different platforms and channels.
You will be involved in the entire process from concept to delivery, working collaboratively with the team to help implement their vision.
The role requires interfacing between the designers and multiple stakeholders - internal teams (marketing, sales, and operations) and third parties (agency partners, retailers, merchandisers, creatives) to produce deliverables.
You must be used to managing teams and working closely with everyone from suppliers to creatives.
Education Details
BA or BS degree preferred

Key Qualifications

10+ years of experience working on full spectrum of multi-channel marketing projects, from broadcast to digital, ideally in an agency setting
Demonstrated management experience and abilities including working with senior client staff
Passion for contributing to great creative work
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Demonstrated strategic thinking skills and organizational skills
Immersed in the entertainment industry
Experience in lifestyle or luxury brands
Industry leader and/or successful challenger-brand experience
Leader of people and brands
Relationship builder and super connector
Ability to scope deliverables, cost and schedule. resource planning and workflow
Expertise in understanding production constraints and possibilities
Interfacing with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) and third parties (Agencies, retailers, merchandisers, printers) to obtain necessary information and specifications to produce deliverables
Ensuring quality of final deliverables
Proficient in PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, and Word
