Job Description
As a Senior Director of the Browse team, you can expect to set and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Browse. As a values driven leader you will lead a collaborative, innovative team of Product Managers, Developers and User Experience professionals to build and execute on product roadmaps.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent work experience
14 or more years’ experience at a fast paced consumer products, or technology company with experience in web, software or product delivery industries
12 or more years direct people management and 12 or more years managing partner and vendor relationships
10 or more years’ experience managing project financials and resource allocations
4 or more years’ experience leading an eCommerce product team
Experience with varied production methodologies such as forms of Agile Development, and/or Lean Development
Track record of defining successful strategic visions for new feature launches based on competitive analysis, industry trends, emerging technologies, and company vision
Track record of project execution; completing and shipping excellent products on time and on budget
Ability to articulate clear and concise specifications for new products and new features
Proven ability and track record for driving high quality team outcomes and enabling high functioning team environments
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Proven ability to work under rapid development cycles with larger teams to achieve a common goal
Ability to communicate with all areas of the company, across all levels within the company
Ability to understand and articulate impacts of financial decisions for the product line
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business
4 or more years of experience in global consumer oriented organization
