Job Description
We are looking for a Global Experiential Marketing Director that will drive creative development and execution, of physical and digital experiences across brand, partner, and internal activations. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music.
What you’ll do
Play the lead role in managing and guiding internal and external experiential teams
Brief, lead and organize the experiential teams
Deliver integrated and interconnected experiential storytelling
Drive Spotify’s business through engaging experiences for our core audiences
Manage the end to end process from brief to execution and gaining company buy in
Coach and develop skills and opportunities for direct reports and enable teams to drive and lead the execution of experiential programs
Report into the Global Brand Director, and work closely with the Global Creative Director and Global Brand Strategy Director
Who you are
You have experience leveraging global brand strategies and organizing and leading creative and executional teams
You have an understanding of audience insights, brand strategy, and business requirements
You have the ability to leverage the brand’s creative idea to deliver experiential ideas,
You are able to build scalable experiential ideas across markets and programs
You have the ability to ideate and deliver content which helps spread experiential ideas beyond the physical or digital experience itself
You are experienced in leading a team to success while understanding each individual’s needs and motivations
You have the ability to collaborate and build alignment cross-functionally with diverse teams across the organization while keeping an eye on business and brand priorities
