Job Description
The Senior Director of Service Sales is a theatre-level leadership role responsible for driving the Services strategy and revenue growth for the US Commercial Theatre. This role is responsible for developing and driving scalable sales strategies, inclusive of Technical and Advanced Services, across multiple routes-to-market. This leader will play a critical role in helping the organization fully transition from product to solution sales.

The candidate will be expected to drive opportunities to capture new market share, optimize coverage and routes-to-market aligned to Partner-Led models, accelerate the adoption of Services across the segment, and expand opportunities that capture new consumption and buying patterns. The Services leader will be an integral member of the US Commercial leadership team and should be a motivational leader that inspires and aligns teams to the One Commercial culture that has been part of our success.

Experience:
Executive leader with a minimum of 8-10 years of Sales Leadership with emphasis on Services Sales.
• A sales leader who has experience leading in an integrated product and services organization.
• Leadership experience in leading large organizational transformations.
• Proven success as a collaborative leader in a solution sales organization.
• Influential leader who can help others connect the dots quickly and accelerate decisions.
• Track record of success for increasing and optimizing the level of services in accounts.
• Viewed as an expert on the industry trends and the impact on Cisco’s Services portfolio.
• A confident and authentic leader. Depth and breadth of applied judgment, agile decision maker, demonstrated operational excellence
