The Time Warner Cable Charlotte office currently seeks a/an Senior Director, Engineering Commercial Order Management for our Commerce & Care Engineering Department. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.
Position Summary
This is an engineering leadership role accountable for Time Warner Cable’s enterprise-wide SalesForce.com Customer Relationship Management application framework, which includes the design, development, architecture integration, testing, QC/QA, deployment, and environment management. In addition, the role provides guidance and direction on the Commercial line of business’ operational procedures and impacts on the Sales force framework and other order management systems. The role supports the Commercial business in all facets of sales enablement, sales ordering, sales process, order fulfillment, order provisioning, construction, engineering, marketing, and care.

Job Requirements
Must have 10 years experience in CRM Design and Development, Billing, Fulfillment/Order Management and Provisioning/Service Activation systems. Heavy emphasis on system integration required.
Must understand Agile and Waterfall Development methodologies.
Must have thorough understanding of Salesforce products and services including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Live Agents, Work.com
, Chatter, Exact Target Marketing , Salesforce 1 mobile and Heroku.
Must have experience leading project along side Systems Integrators and Salesforce professional services.
Salesforce certification highly desired, Advanced Admin, Developer 401 and Service Cloud active certifications a plus.
Cast Iron and MuleSoft experience preferred.
Hands-on Development experience in Salesforce highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior Call Center experience a plus, either leading large call center teams or working on for software applications for the Call Centers.
Candidate must have experience leading a diverse, blended team of employees and contractors. Must illustrate success for delivering in this environment while creating a positive culture and building strong relationships with business constituents.
Must understand and have experience with business requirements and technical solution documentation, must be able to review business requirements from constituents and design technical solutions to meet the business needs while ensuring meaningful stages for software development lifecycle.
Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent training, education and experience.
