Join Reynolds Consumer Products...a world of opportunities! We currently have an opportunity for a Director of Supply and Replenishment - Walmart and Sams Club at our Bentonville, AR location.
The position leads the supply planning and replenishment for all categories and buying groups for Wal-Mart and Sam’s. The Director has primary responsibility for developing Reynold’s relationships with Wal-Mart/Sam’s Replenishment Managers and is a secondary point of contact for Wal-Mart/Sam’s Buying personnel.
The role is critical to developing a high quality relationship with this supply chain driven customer, and plays a vital internal role supporting sales growth and driving operational efficiencies by working collaboratively both externally and internally to identify and resolve supply chain disconnects between Reynolds & the Wal-Mart/Sam’s supply chains.
The Director’s chief responsibility is to drive decision-making and execution that impacts both the customer and Reynolds’ supply chain & finished goods inventory. Influencing the customer, our account team, and our internal supply teams is crucial to the effectiveness of this role. Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to provide an influential business case will be essential to successfully gain alignment for implementing product supply recommendations.
The success of the Director is measured by meeting or exceeding targets for in-stock and product fill rate, return on inventory investment, sales growth, forecast accuracy,
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Responsible for all Retail Link & GRS replenishment activities including:
Ensure Retail Link item settings are properly maintained to ensure appropriate store level product replenishment
Recommend CPFR policies to Walmart replenishment team
Utilize Retail Link data & reporting capabilities to provide analytical support to cross functional team members
Retail Link - Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the account team, providing analytical support
Communicate impact of any Retail Link replenishment policies to all key stakeholders
Job Requirements
Education
BA/BS in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement/logistics or related field.
MBA or other advanced degree is desirable.
Experience
8+ years direct experience in retail inventory planning and replenishment on a customer dedicated team
Prior team management experience combined with a proven track record of developing, coaching and mentoring a diverse replenishment team.
Skilled at process and project management
Proficient with Microsoft Office. MS Access skills desired
Proficient with Retail link & GRS Global Replenishment Solution
Strong mathematical, analytical, computer and system skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
Must be team oriented with the ability to work on high collaboration and performance teams.
