Responsibilities

Run the business

* Work closely with the region business leader to align the product technical roadmap with the regional business goals

* Ensure continuous on-time, high quality delivery of our applications, including release and resource planning


* Coach the team to continuously improve existing agile software engineering processes and practices (Scrum)

* Technical product ownership and management to ensure compliance with cooperate policy as well as sustainability and long term product vision

* Team and performance management including compensation

* Represent the products in interactions with clients (PreSales) and partners

Advance the business

* Define and execute a roadmap to a move a successful brownfield, enterprise application (C++, .NET) with a large client base to a new, modern architecture

* Fashion and restructure the teams to be able to meet these challenges

* Collaborate with other regional development leaders and group CTO to Identify and implement cross-products components sharing potential



Technologies, methodologies and tools

* C++, C# (.NET 4.5), MS SQL Server (2012-14), WPF

* Scrum, Continuous Integration, Clean Code, TDD, Code Reviews, Pair Programming

* VS2012, R#, SVN, GIT, JIRA, TeamCity, FxCop, NDepend, Crucible
