Job Description
Required
Bachelor degree in mathematics, computer science, engineering, related field or equivalent. Advanced degree preferred.
Fifteen or more years of experience performing and leading software acquisition and software engineering work in progressively more responsible positions.
Excellent personal technical reputation and record of substantial personal technical achievement.
Sufficient technical breadth to provide subdivision leadership is desired.
Specific desired experience includes ground and space mission assurance activities including software acquisition, system engineering, test and operations.
Demonstrated leadership skills and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Customer, Corporate, and Contractor personnel.
Management experience and excellent written and oral communication skills
Current DoD SCI Clearance

Desired
Masters or PhD degree in mathematics, computer science, or engineering or related field
Technical experience in lifecycle models, process and process/quality, NSS mission data processing, TT&C operating systems, software and system simulation and analysis, software life cycle methods and tools, and database engineering. Experience with these activities from the Program Office, ETG, and contractor perspectives are all highly desired.
