Job Description
The Director of Client Results is a new position in Philips HealthTech responsible for the ongoing measurement and analysis of value created through our Managed Equipment Services business. Our Managed Equipment Services business provides long-term solutions aim to provide the latest technologies (including procurement, installation, management, and upgrades) and are supported by our consulting, education, and other services to enhance operational performance. The Director of Client Results will ensure greater economic value is delivered to customers, which must be quantified and monitored before, during and after contract signing. This includes value created through financing options (e.g., FCF) as well as procurement savings, service savings, workflow improvement, and the impact of various other improvement projects. Doing so ensures we are delivering on promises and refining our ability as a corporation to quantify the value we create for our customers.

Your responsibilities
• Leading teams of Philips sales and marketing representatives as well as MES customers through goal-setting workshops in order to define project, department and overall partnership goals throughout the life of MES contract.
• Guiding the deconstruction of large goals into measureable financial, operational and clinical outcomes.
• Defining methodologies and analytic plans needed to measure outcomes on a regular basis in order to demonstrate sustained impact of Philips products, services and solutions.
• Guiding necessary tracking and reporting of outcomes.
• Partnering with subject matter experts across Philips to collect established ROI methodologies into an MES playbook on value measurement.
• Guiding MES customer project teams (e.g., readmissions, surgery, etc…) and committees (e.g., Quality) as appropriate to ensure establishment of baseline and target objectives that relate to Philips initiatives.
• Maintaining and strengthening executive relationships throughout MES accounts
• Supporting Philips initiatives focused on documenting and communicating executive value to hospitals and networks.
• Updating monitoring and tracking tools, administrative reports such as salesforce.com, account plans, time and expense reports
• Participating in cross functional teams across Business units as requested to ensure solution measurement systems and tools are developed and used to support MES accounts.
• Tracking and informing team of progress towards goal achievement.
• Developing strategic working relationships with client counterparts
• Partnering with other Philips staff to implement process changes
• Influencing key stakeholders to implement processes and/or drive organizational change
• Actively supporting methodology development in area of expertise

Your team
As a Director of Client Results, you work at multiple MES locations, coordinating efforts with the local sales teams, field marketing and BIU marketing as needed as well as contributing to the design and build of Philips business platform for delivering medical asset management as a service. You will interface back to our Business Development and Solutions teams to integrate standard ways of projecting, base-lining and measuring value throughout the customer lifecycle. In addition, you will provide direction and manage value analyst(s), who will provide project-focused support to scoped projects.

We are looking for
• 10 years in value-based marketing, sales and measurement role.
• Management / marketing consulting experience preferred.
• Experience working with healthcare providers is required.
• Proven ability to quantify and analyze economic and differential value.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Philips sales, service, consulting and education businesses, as well as commercial operations and service teams
• Knowledge of medical device technology and related clinical use models
• Ability to identify and scope performance improvement initiatives based on including process redesign activities
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate on operational and financial performance with internal and customer teams
• Proven experience and ability working in matrix organizations
• Excellent oral and verbal communications and presentation skills
• Ability to manage complex projects across multiple customer working groups
• Demonstrated operational analytics and financial analysis capabilities
• Business or clinical degree, with advanced degree preferred
