Job description
Purpose
This position is responsible for directing the growth of Baylor Regional and International Alumni Networks. This position focuses the institutional goals to increase the alumni giving rate, strengthen the Baylor Alumni Network, increase Network participation, and enhance ties with our constituents.



Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree

Solid oral and written communication skills
Willingness to travel extensively 30-40% of the year
Good organization and project management skills

Work Hours: Business hours; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, Monday through Friday

Pay Rate: Commensurate with education and experience.
