Director International Partnerships VEVO New York City

Job Description
Vevo is looking for a Director of International Partnerships who will be responsible for managing, improving & growing Vevo’s sales partnerships in the Americas, Australia plus New Zealand while coaching and managing the respective Account Management team. These markets currently include BR, MX, CA, AU & NZ and some other Latin American Markets. The role reports directly to the SVP Commercial Partnerships based in New York.


Goals
Help formulate and execute on growth strategies for the individual partner territories
Responsible for training partners and partner sales teams on how to sell Vevo including; helping develop and share sales presentations, proactively visiting clients with partners, and helping respond to RFPs
Proactively work directly with these 3rd party partners and advertisers achieve growth and revenue targets
Manage, improve & grow Vevo’s International Partners relationships in these territories
Lead with proactive communication to these partners by conducting weekly status calls with programming updates & changes, campaign reviews, sharing updated documentation, share best practices and providing pro-active ideas for growth
Manage internal communications with all related departments for the benefit of Vevo and partners
Play a pivotal role in improving internal support processes for these commercial partners while reporting to management with strategic insights, market updates and revenue on a regular basis
Manage, coach and work closely with the Account Managers that cover these territories
Understand daily processes and from time to time help with inputting and processing of campaigns within SalesForce and Operative

Required Skills

4+ years of high level digital video sales skills (Ideally an existing knowledge of Vevo products and sales processes)
Team player and effective motivator and manager of people
Excellent verbal, written communication, Spreadsheet and PowerPoint skills
Relationship Management & Negotiation experience
Ability to manage and drive to a multi-million dollar annual quota
Highly organized with documentation & process management
Knowledge of traditional as well as contemporary/online marketing tactics and strategy.
A knowledge of the spanish language and Latin American markets would be beneficial
Willing to travel
