Job Description
You will be responsible for providing financial data, projections and analysis to support management in decision making and achieving profit and revenue growth targets. This position will have a heavy focus on data analytics to identify actionable insights for the business.

Lead a team of 4-6 FP&A professionals.
Analyze historical trends and current operating metrics to identify actionable insights.
Prepare financial analysis for ad-hoc projects using financial modelling techniques.
Work with Business Units to support performance improvement decisions.
Lead the preparation of Zipcar’s annual operating plan.
Produce reports and visual representations of data for senior management.
Assist the CFO is business development initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual should meet the following minimum requirements and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or other quantitative major.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in corporate finance, budgeting or analytics role.
Demonstrated analytical capability with attention to detail.
Expertise in MS Excel to include modelling and proficiency with other MS Office applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and independent contributor as well as a productive team player.
Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
Prior experience working with large datasets and statistical packages
Must pass Zipcar Pre-Employment background check and drug screen
