Job description
The Director Field Quality Services leads the assigned staff to assist bottlers, Field Operations or co-packers in developing and improving operational, technical and quality capabilities. The development and implementation of these capabilities are necessary to assure the integrity of Coca-Cola products and trademarks, to improve quality of the company’s products and to minimize interruptions to Company or customer operations.
Position Description
Provide the expertise required to interpret company requirements when developing facilities, equipment and procedures
Consult with managements of manufacturing and sales facilities to implement Quality Systems
Improve in-plant execution including: conformance to specifications and identifying and validating procedures to improve reliability; Review Region metrics
Improve internal customer and external customer and consumer satisfaction
Support introduction of new products and processes
Manage RTM Team
Review, evaluate reported crisis and formulate a plan of action for handling the incident/issues based on area of expertise/responsibility; Gather and organize information to support senior management’s decision-making during a crisis situation
Position Requirements
Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Required: 10 Years
Minimum Required: Thought leadership in the industry for development of leading edge technologies theories and concepts in specialty area
This position requires 50-75% travel.
