Job description
We are seeking a Art Director to champion digital display and social media work on behalf of our clients. We are looking for someone who is passionate about insights that can be derived from “big data” in order to create work that is perceived by consumers as helpful instead of interruptive. Part strategist, part analyst, part tinkerer - with a sincere passion for optimization, sequencing, and iterative improvement.


In a daily capacity you will work within the Data-Informed Digital group (largely online advertising, mobile, & social media). The successful candidate will have previous experience designing many permutations of banner ads, online preroll, and social media posts informed by “interest graph” data.

Copywriting / Advertising / Marketing

3 - 4+ years of proven experience.
Strong digital design sense. Must understand how to bring ideas to life using technology.
Knowledge of digital ad platforms and media technology, (ad serving technology and social, optimization engines, etc.). Knowledge of programming also a plus.
Strong understanding of “big data” and its influence on current communication paradigms.
Has an infectious passion for digital marketing and new/emerging platforms and technologies.
This role occasionally has opportunities to push digital boundaries in physical environments. Passion for or experience with geolocation-based mobile efforts and physical – to - digital initiatives is highly valued.
