Job description
The Director of operations and profitability works closely with the vice president of the shops, market leaders and specialists to ensure sound operation and drive results and earnings our stores. Also develops the strategy and leads the implementation of trade and analytical metric reports to help boost results. The director of operations and profitability supports Store teams to understand, celebrate and sell our products through marketing in the Store and making costumes. Supports ongoing efforts to achieve operational excellence and guide the strategy and execution to drive results.

Operations and profitability

Multiple shopping experience is preferred.
