Position Description
Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for driving transformational change, process change management, and cross-functional best practices for the International Compliance Systems and Reporting team by building relationships with key stakeholders to leverage support for major change initiatives across functional departments. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Utilizing and implementing change management best practices, tools, and measurements; developing change management strategies for area of responsibility; aligning change initiatives with corporate strategy; implementing consistent and sustainable processes across International Compliance; and driving strategy milestones for process changes and systems development.
Defines and communicates the strategic direction for systems and projects for International Compliance by looking at trends, opportunities, and project performance; overseeing the Board of Director objectives; supporting multiple markets during their program and project implementations; prioritizing deadlines and resources; and monitoring and adapting strategies to changes in legislation, business resources and programs.
Advances process improvement for compliance technology and systems solutions
Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
Oversees program and project execution and implementation and Provides overall direction

Minimum Qualifications
3 years of supervisory experience.
Bachelor s degree in Business, International Relations, Psychology, or related field and 5 years experience in human resources or related field OR 8 years experience in human resources, compliance, information technology or related field.


Additional Preferred Qualifications

years experience in change management, continuous improvement, or related field. Master s or Doctoral degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, International Relations, Business, Industrial Engineering or related field.
