Job description
Maintains strategy to continually evaluate and maintain the enterprise business continuity framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry trends and evolving business needs. Oversees ongoing BCP efforts, administering policies and procedures that address Fiserv’s organizational oversight needs, directing efforts to identify and anticipate prospective future challenges in our business environment, and leading ad hoc efforts to investigate and resolve emerging BCP guidance.
Partners with enterprise teams, interfacing directly with clients to coordinate and consolidate multi product Pan Fiserv BCP/DR plans into a unified approach that satisfies regulatory requirements and conforms to strong corporate governance principles, while meeting client requirements. Utilize matrix managed staff to establish BCP/DR plans and ensure proper escalations to management when business continuity issues and GAPs arise across the organization.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Maintain Business Continuity Strategy
Integrate regulatory requirements, best practices, industry trends and business needs into Fiserv’s Framework and associated tools.
Lead PAN Fiserv BCP efforts, coordinating and consolidating multi product efforts.
Analyze BU work products and leverage matrix staff to improve processes or remediate gaps.
Ensure integration with other ERR functions.
Performs other duties as required

Education

• Four year degree or relevant work experience

Certifications: (If applicable)

• BCP Certifications a benefit, yet not required

Job Related Experience

• Minimum years’ experience required – 10-15

• Type of work experience required - BCP experience, Large FI or Corporate experience.

• Supervisory/Management experience required - yes

Additional Skills/Knowledge:
