Job Description
AT&T's Director of Healthcare Marketing is responsible for leading a team of marketing managers to develop and deliver sales programs to increase revenue in the Medical sector. This Business Marketing role requires expertise in healthcare, telecom, and marketing/sales coupled with a proven leadership track record. Candidate must understand Healthcare segment buying behaviors and needs as it relates to wireless, wireline, and application services. The role is responsible for the Healthcare “Go to Market” strategy, including targeted customer campaigns, new sales tool development, building sales incentives, supporting customer events, and launching new services to market. Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Manage team to develop, design and redesign channel marketing programs and processes to optimize Healthcare sales channel effectiveness
Create strategies to improve AT&T's competitiveness in the Healthcare customer segment
Design and develop new customer offers and promotions to incent customer purchases. Track effectiveness of promotional program and respond accordingly.
Design and develop new sales tools such as sales presentations, collaterals and ensures impactful product demonstrations in the field
Design and develop sales incentives to drive sales channel behavior
Develop vertical specific sales training, collaterals, campaigns, and other tools for new product introductions, including identifying the value proposition and AT&T competitive advantages
Drive customer events, tradeshows and demand generation activities including advertising, direct mail/email, webinars and tactics to increase awareness of AT&T solutions in the Healthcare customer segment
Lead regular market sensing calls with Sales to provide up-to-date market/product information and to address concerns
Candidate must be an effective communicator and able to build strong relationships with both Sales and Partners
